Industry to the Fields of Medicine and Advanced Electronics

Industrial gases are essential in every industrial field¤[from steelmaking, papermaking and other materials industries to the electronics, medical and food industries.
Nippon Steel Chemical promotes its industrial gas businesses mainly in two areas. The first is the effective utilization of steelworks by-product gases -such as coke-oven gas, basic-oxygen furnace gas and blast-furnace gas-that are obtained in abundance from the iron- and steelmaking processes. The second area is the supply of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and carbon dioxide gases to the iron- and steelmaking processes. Furthermore, the company also provides a stable supply of diverse, high-quality industrial gases to a wide range of industrial fields, such as semiconductors, optical fibers, light source lamps and specialty steels.
